Description

Perennial, grass native to Northa America. Clump forming, cool-season grass with airy fall flowers. Part Shade to part sun. Will tolerate some drought in the shade, but requires moister soils in sunnier spots. Height to 3′ in flower. Attractive to birds. Larval host plant. Deer tolerant.
